Henny Beaumont is an award winning political cartoonist, graphic novelist and creator of ‘Disappearing Women.’ Her Cartoon Her graphic memoir Hole in the Heart was selected in top ten novels about motherhood of all time by Mumsnet. Wonderful, astonishing drawings… A masterclass in the sorrow and joy of being human-Meg Rosoff.

Her political cartoons and illustrations have appeared in The Guardian, BBC, Society of Authors, Counsel Magazine, Canary, The Morning Star, as well many as other publications.

She illustrated Equal to Everything written by Afua Hirsch October 2019. She received an Arts Council Award for her second graphic novel-Dirty Work TBP. Contributing illustrator to Maternal Journal, Inking Woman and The Book of Homelessness.

She has been artist in residence for British Institute of Learning Disabilities, Respond UK, Hay festival, Stoke Newington literary festival, Aldeburgh Poetry Festival, Poets for the Planet, Poets for Ukraine.
